PAYD President Tim Brennan Defends Young Voters on Panel Discussing "Voter Apathy."

Pennsylvania Young Democrats President Tim Brennan participated on a panel discussing "Voter Apathy." Tim dispells the commonly held misconception that young persons don't vote. He discusses the historic role voters in the 18-35 year old age bracket had in the elections that took place in 2008.
